This is our 4th and final home that we had built over the last 35 years and it was the most hassle-free process of the 4 homes. We built our retirement home with Oevering homes and are totally satisfied with the QUALITY of the home. We recieve nothing but compliments when people see the home. It is a lifetime investment and that is the way Oevering homes treated the entire process. Oranzo "walks the talk" and puts the buyer in a comfort zone. He delivered on everything we asked for and delivered on time ! If I had a question or needed something changed- he responded quickly and it happened. It took the stress out of the process.
