Do you have a client considering new construction for the purchase of their next home? Want to provide them with a quality construction company while still receiving the compensation you deserve? How it Works

Once you and your buyer have been preapproved and determined your price range we can sit down with your buyers and you to begin the home building process. Oevering Homes has a variety of lots and developments to fit every budget and lifestyle. We also provide a wide array of plans for your buyer to choose from to fit all of their needs. After the lot and plan has been selected and the purchase agreement is signed we can lock in the price and start the construction process with just $1000 deposit. Oevering Homes eliminates worries about construction loans or draws and interest by financing the building process. This means you and your clients only need one closing with a lender.

The Construction Process

Next we provide your client with a list of vendors to select flooring, lighting, appliances, and cabinetry. They will be able to visit these vendors at their convenience. Often during the construction process Oevering Homes will be in direct contact with your client to handle details of the building process and other issues that may arise while still respecting your agent-client relationship.

Closing

Before closing there will be a final walkthrough of the home so there are no client concerns. Any concerns are promptly addressed to ensure a smooth closing.
