Oevering Homes is a  "Turn-Key" builder which means that we develop the land as well as sell all homes in each individual subdivision.  This is beneficial to the client because there is no construction loan needed to build with Oevering Homes.  Just a $1000.00 deposit will get you your lot and home started. 

Oevering Homes provides its clients with our in-house financing resource to obtain a mortgage pre-approval and information about any questions on the mortgage process.

Oevering Homes gives its clients the option to choose from 120+ lots in several subdivisions though out Western Wisconsin.
